Delivery Times
Orders placed between Monday and Friday by 12:00 (12PM) GMT will be processed the same day.
For Guaranteed Christmas Delivery, order Before 12th December at 12:00 (12PM) GMT. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day but cannot be guaranteed for Christmas.

Estimated delivery times are displayed on each individual product listing. These times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. All estimates are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday) and do not include weekends, bank holidays or public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday may be processed on the next working day. Whilst we make every effort to dispatch and deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier and postal delays, high-demand or peak periods (such as seasonal holidays), adverse weather and for international orders, customs processing.

Deliveries to the USA
$20 For Delivery in 5-10 working days. Please note that any deliveries to the US after 15th December are unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas.
International Deliveries

Return Policy:
Refunds & exchanges are valid within 30 days of purchase if eligible for return.
Contact our customer care for all refunds and exchanges at reviveevolve@gmail.com Non-eligible return items: Earrings & Huggies and individual items from sets. Sets must be returned in full. Purchases during a Gift With Purchase promotion: Return the gift if the total falls below the promotional threshold. Processing times for refunds and exchanges: Approximately 10 working days upon receipt, though this may vary during peak periods. Refunds process to the original payment method. For items purchased from our other stockists or concessions, please return to them directly within 30 days of purchase. Should you decide to return the item, please ensure it's unused, unaltered, in original packaging and with all jewellery tags attached. Note: We won't email you upon receiving your return. Once your return is processed, we'll notify you about the issued refund. Also Note: Shipping fees are not subject to refunds under any circumstances. Bundle Return Policy:
Items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned together as a complete set. If only one item from the bundle is returned, the bundle discount will no longer apply, and you will be charged the full price for the item(s) not returned. The price adjustment will be deducted from your refund accordingly.

● After we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 48-72 hours. You should see the funds in your bank account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

All items must fall within the criteria below to be acceptable or eligible for returns:
● Be unworn and show no signs of wear or damage.
● Original condition and packaging.
● Unused, unaltered and with all jewellery tags attached.
● Once a refund or exchange is finalised, we'll send you an email to confirm.
● Kindly note that Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds.
Items which cannot be returned include:
● All earrings
● Jewellery without tags, kindly note that we are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged after delivery or for tarnishing or degradation of the plating.
